Jacques Marie Mage accepts returns on all limited-edition eyewear and accessories within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all artisanal packaging intact. Initiate Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Shipment
Securely pack your eyewear in its original presentation box, including all certificates of authenticity and cleaning cloths, and apply the provided prepaid shipping label.
Courier Collection
Drop off your package at an authorized shipping location or schedule a complimentary pickup to ensure your return is tracked and insured.
Inspection and Refund
Once our atelier verifies the condition of the frames, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
